By providing guidance and advice at every step, this program facilitates the entire process to help ensure the best possible homeowner experience.

What are the features of the Realty Advisory Services Program?

• A personal Real Estate Consultant to provide guidance and advice throughout the process.
• Access to community assistance with school and area information.
• A recommendation for a specially trained agent from a leading real estate brokerage firm.
• Cash-back available in most states with sale and/or purchase of a home through broker referral(s). The cash-back bonus is available when the network broker referral is used.¹

Based on the purchase price of the purchase or sale transaction where the referred broker was used:²

• Buy a home and receive .36% of your purchase price.
  (e.g., $450,000 x .0036 = $1,620 cash back)
• Sell a home and receive .36% of your sale price.
  (e.g., $400,000 x .0036 = $1,440 cash back)
• Buy and sell a home and save even more.
  (e.g., $1,620 + $1,440 = $3,060 cash back)
